Book a complimentary 15-minute travel consultation to discuss the foundation of your upcoming trip. During this call, we’ll review where you’d like to travel, your ideal dates, who’s joining you, and your overall budget range. This conversation helps determine how we can best support your travel goals and outline the next steps for working together. Please complete the intake questions prior to your scheduled time so we can make the most of our conversation.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Length This is a complimentary 15-minute discovery call designed to gather initial details about your trip and determine the next steps for working together. Preparation Required Please complete the intake form prior to your scheduled appointment. Calls may be canceled if required information is not submitted in advance. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the confirmation link provided in your booking email. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the call will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other appointments. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled consultation without notice, a future consultation may require a paid booking fee. Scope of Call This call is for introductory discussion only. Custom quotes, detailed itineraries, supplier research, and trip planning services are provided after moving into a formal planning phase.
