Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a Passport Prep Session by etc.travel™. Please review the following policies before your appointment. Appointment Scheduling Passport Prep Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows adequate time to prepare for your consultation and ensure a smooth experience. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered forfeited and non-refundable. Session Scope The Passport Prep Session provides guidance and education about the U.S. passport application process, required documentation, timelines, and submission procedures. etc.travel™ does not submit passport applications, expedite passports, or guarantee processing times. Government Affiliation etc.travel™ is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State or any government agency. All passport applications must be submitted directly through official government passport acceptance facilities or approved channels. Responsibility Clients are responsible for ensuring all information submitted on their passport application is accurate and complete.
